Vista, stopped recognizing wireless networks on on laptop

2 laptops, both running vistas, one just stopped recognizing networks out of the blue??? Tried system restore, nothing happened. Help?!

Either your wireless card is turned off or it is defective. Check to see if drivers are installed properly (even try updating them) and ensure the device exists and is shown to be working. If you've done all that and the wireless card is enabled, then the card is likely defective.
