it would be Planescape Torment, followed by BG2 (and 1). Also a
personal favorite, Hero's Quest (Quest for Glory)

Might and Magic III The isles of Terra (lots of good but not impossible
puzzles)
Knights of Legend (loved the equipment screens)
Wizards and Warriors (could have been a contendah)

Hmm my favourite favourite is Fallout/Fallout 2, but I dearly love all
the old Sierra Quest games, maybe KQ4 being the one that I loved the
most. Also Tombi/Tomba in all it's juicy goodness if we can vote for
the best RPG/platformer.
