I can't get nortons av to run after downloading it, and
taskmanager doesn't run (task manager runs in safe mode
but the virus tools won't). I used the NAV diagnostic
tool on the nortons site, and it has found
w32.spybot.worm. How can I get rid of this, if I can't
run Nortons (have tried Mcafees and another virus removal
tool with same result). Is there an online removal tool?
can I do it manually?
