WakeOnLan + App

I was wondering if there is any white papers that anyone knows of that will allow me to boot my PC before I get home. I understand that I have to fiddle with the BIOS and enable Wake On Lan, and that I have to use an App on my iPhone, but which app can I use that I can send the data through my 3G to my LAN to wake my Computer. I understand that it be a security risk but I have nothing to hide and nothing for anyone to steal. I have read a few articles but it seems that most apps apply to being already on your home network, I would like to accomplish this leaving from work and enjoy using my machine the moment I arrive home.
