Want to buy best graphics card and power supply for my system.

Hey guyzz.... am new to dis forum...... please help me as quick as possible.. i want to buy a graphics card and a power supply which best suits my system. my specs are - intel DG31PR motherboard, 3gb ddr2 ram, itel core 2 duo- E7500 @2.93ghz, samsung 19" monitor. my budget for the graphics card will be around 4k-5.5k and for that of the SMPS will be around 2k..

please help as fast as possible..

The whole Grammar Nazi thing is often useless, but in the case of your post, please work on your basic writing skills.
