Question Want to run 2 games and movie on 3 monitors at the same time

I want to know what kind of gpu/cpu horsepower it'll take to run 2 games and a movie simultaneously on 3 monitors that 27 inch 1080p.
My current system died and wasn't capable. At this point I'm not sure if I should stay with Pcie 3.0 or go Pcie 4.0
The games are
Istaria where I craft alot would be paired with
Warcraft
Lotro
Path of exile
