[SOLVED] Want to Upgrade My 8 GB Ram

asking for advise for replacing my 8GB ram to 16GB ram
motherboard: Gigabyte model H97-D3H-CF

processor Intel core(TM) i5-4690 CPU 3.50Ghz MHz 4 Core(s)

which kind of Memory Manufacturer Should i buy

Crucial show 1 16gb set - https://www.crucial.com/compatible-upgrade-for/gigabyte/ga-h97-d3h
shows it can support up to 32gb which makes sense.
I can't see MB listed on Corsair website.
Something tells me with it being that old of a platform, it being DDR3, and most importantly it being a budget board, the QVL is listing supported/tested single sticks rather than kits.

It then states up to 32GB of RAM total support, and I haven't read too deep into it's specs, but I am going to take an assumption guess that it doesn't support more than 8GB per slot with four...
