WAP make & model suggestion

I have a client who requires wireless access throughout their facility so I need to set-up multiple wireless access points on the same SSID. I think I can get POE to them. I am looking at two options,
(1) External mount on drop tile so visible to users
(2) Simply set on top of drop tile, not visible to users
Cost is a major issue for this small non profit. Any help with makes & models for both options would be great. Out of box solution, not modified firmware.

I think Ubiquiti makes several solutions that would work, and not too expensive.
