Hi Guys.
A client of ours purchased a Microsoft surface Laptop 2 while travelling in the US.
The client lives in South Africa. The surface book has 2 months left on the warranty (checked and confirmed with Microsoft).
The 1st problem is that the battery is starting to swell, and it is lifting the keyboard.
The 2nd problem is that Microsoft is just shrugging this off, saying that the warranty does not cover South Africa.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
