Question Warzone FPS on 5700XT

Hi everyone. Im having a strange issue with warzone. i get 60-90fps on highest settings with 50-70% GPU usage??
Full specs are:
RX 5700XT
Ryzen 5 2600X
16GB 3200Mhz Corsair vengence
2TB HDD
256GB SSD
ASUS B450-F GAMING (latest bios installed as of 09/02/2021)
when i look online people are getting 150-180 with this card on highest! any help would be greatly appreciated.

game on the ssd? how full it is?
make and model of the psu?

CPU usage around 40-60%
game is running on a hard drive, with 1TB remaining.
PSU is a corsair RM750X 80+ GOLD unit.
