I had a cup of water on top of my computer and I accidently spilled it and it water went in my computer.
When it happened my screen turned off but I was till getting audio though my headset. I quickly turned off my computer. The motherboard has a light on it and it was still lit up. So I am assuming the motherboard is fine. I took apart my computer and took the parts that got water on them (motherboard, gpu, cpu) and dryer them off with my air compressor. I now have them in front of a fan and going to let then sit all night.
Does anyone have any other tops of what I should do?

Well, don't turn it on until you're absolutely sure everything is totally dried up. Use a hair dryer carefully to dry possible internal fluids. Better wait a few days.

Not sure why people keep setting down drinks on top of their PCs. This is the second spill post I've seen and replied to today (one earlier was orange juice spill). You're just asking for trouble doing this. I'd also recommend waiting another day or two until trying to power on again.
