how many watt do I need for a i5 6600k and a gtx 1060 3gb
Full spec is
MB = H110
Pro = i5 6600k
RAM = 16GB
GPU = GTX 1060 3GB
Storage = 1 HDD + 3 SSD
I planned to buy the cheapest psu with the least load to save the electric bill.
And how much watt will I use in full load.

The wattage rating of the PSU does not influence this.
A 1000W PSU only consumes 200 watts, if that is all the PS components ask of it.

Cheaper PSUs will be less efficient, and cost you more over time. Since this is something you generally keep for 5+ years, makes sense to spend a little more on it.

About 200-250W is likely.

Sadly small PSUs have more or less disappeared from the market.
