Question WD My Cloud Home 4GB

Hello I have a 4GB My Cloud and the device went off line and will not come back on. I have opened the case and plug it into a Linux Mint box. I see the drive. Does any one know the file structure of where my Picture would be stored on this drive. Also so folder are locked. does anyone know the password for these folders?

Those drives are encrypted by default and only work in the enclosure they came with.

Some folders have a lock when looking at the drive in Linux mint. I tried the password for the my cloud but that does not work. Also it seem the files I can see are crpytic. Not good with Linux but is there a view to display them like windows.

Encrypted, via the original enclosure.

Without being decrypted via the original enclosure, there is no access, with Windows or Linux.
