Web cam set up

Hello, I have my logitech webcam plugged in, i am using windows encoder 9 and can start encoding, I can be on the same computer and open the url and see it but when I go to another computer and try to open url it says windows media can't find it.....what am i doing wrong?

Is the recording saved on the hard-drive of the computer you recorded on? If yes, you need to copy the recording to a shared directory so your other computer can get to it.
