[SOLVED] Webcam keeps crashing my pc

I bought this new pc for gaming and other stuff and got the c270 logitech webcam, was working properly for its first few days then this problem started happening yesterday, on startup or later on when using the pc when i try to use my webcam at all my pc just crashes and freezes and needs to have a restart. A whole windows restart, how do i fix this???

pc specs:
rtx 2070 super
gigabyte x570 gaming x mb
amd ryzen7 3800x
32 gb ram @3600 mhz
