Question Weird green glitches on screen ?

Hey, the past few weeks these weird green lined glitches have been appearing on my monitor. I can’t seem to figure out why, I have reinstalled graphics drivers and tried other ones and nothing has worked. One time it seemed to fix itself but then it started happening again.

Please if anyone knows a solution that would be great, I have tried a different hdmi cable and that has not made a difference. Does this mean my gpu could be dying?

Hello, have you tried a different monitor/tv? If you have an integrated gpu, you could try connecting the monitor to that video output just to see if the problem persist.
It can always be a bad wire but also the monitor or the gpu.
