Question Weird issues after changing GPU

Hey guys, I recently changed my GPU from 1050 ti to a RX 6600 XT and something's been really weird, every time I go to my bios I notice memory clock changes like sometimes is 3007mhz and sometimes 3005mhz and before when i had the 1050 ti it always stayed 2997mhz max and i don't know if this is a issue but it's kinda of a concern, also when i check my cpu clocks in hwinfo my R5 3600 went to base clock 3.3 ghz and that never happened before also, the minimum always stayed like 3.57 ghz. Should I be worried?

Sounds like someone may have been tinkering with the settings because just changing the GPU should do nothing besides change that detail. If not it could be the system not full updated
