hi! a few weeks ago my computer started with some problems like sudden BSOD out of the blue, first it happened when I tried to unzip a large file didn't noticed that i had no space for it and then i got a BSOD (store exception) after that i would get a bunch of critical process died or kernel data inpage error out of the blue just like that so I took it to the technician and he just wiped it. everything was working fine until again it ran out of space and after trying to unzip a file it gave me the same store exception BSOD luckily this time the only way to trigger that BSOD is trying to unzip anything bigger than 1gb. but i noticed that my games ran slow and after checking the task manager it said that i had 16gb but only 8gb usable. i ran some tests with crystal disk for the hard drive and another test for the ram but both work and the 2 ram cards work alone and in any of the 2 slots . the BIOS only detects 8gb i tried t odo the msconfig thing to uncheck the max memory box but its still the same, tried to restore to an old save but for some reason it didn't worked the restoration didn't even happened. I'm lost rn and I don't want to take it to the technician to get it wiped out again without solving the main issue
thanks in advance for any advice
