Question Weird vertical lines on screen after restart ?

Hi,
I installed WDK of Windows 11 for Driver Development, After I restarted my PC Login Screen showed up like this :

I did log in to the windows but it was same, I turned off my monitor and turned it on again and lines were gone.
Also i restarted pc for 5 times and issue never appeared again.
My monitor is SCEPTRE 2K Custom build and my GPU is 3080ti, It's IPS with 165hz
Is this a serious issue or it could be a bug in GPU driver or monitor?

where did you get Nvidia drivers from?

Could be the Nvidia drivers were replaced when you installed the wdk and just refreshing screen was enough to get them working right.

It only happened once and never happened again, Also i'm using Studio version of Nvidia driver instead of Game version.
I'm not on insider and I use latest version of windows but it's a while I did not update my gpu drivers like 2 month.
