[SOLVED] Went through 2 cpus 2 mobo and one psu not boot still

I need help:/ I had bought a ryzen 5 3600 and a new mobo and when I went ahead to install it I got no post and a q-code 8, I thought maybe I got a deffective cpu so I went ahead and returned it to get another one and still no post now im begining to think I might of got a deffective mobo also so I returned it and got a new one and still no post with the same code I need help

What mobo would that be ? Not all of them support 3rd gen Ryzen out of box and may need appropriate BIOS that does.
