[SOLVED] Western Digital WD BLACK SN750 NVMe M.2 2280 1TB not showing up in Disk Management

Western Digital WD BLACK SN750 NVMe M.2 2280 1TB PCI-Express 3.0 x4 64-layer 3D NAND Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)

I also have a Sandisk SSD plus 250GB in SATA port 3 and have tried connecting the WD black to both M.2 ports. Either way it shows up in the bios and device manager but does not show up in disk manager to format/initialize.

windows 10/11? check storage spaces

Windows 10. Where would I check storage spaces? What would I do there?

under the "How do I create a storage space?"
but delete them off from there and then just use disk management to assign a drive letter
