im building a budget pc and have been watching videos on a daily basis comparing pricing and trying to get the most bang for my buck but im stuck on to what processor and vdeo card to get for my money.

i either go for FX-6300 & GTX 970 or FX-8350 & GTX 960 which is what i was originally going for as i though the 8350 would have been better to get if i was planning on getting an upgrade but then what do i gain or loose would u recommend different as i have heard the gtx 970 is a very good card ....

all im wanting to do is play the Division on Ultra on 1080p settings with the best fps

could u help me in making this final decision?

Out of the two options the 6300+970 by a long stretch.

A 6300@4ghz + pretty much matches the 8350 in any game out there.
970 vs 390 - irrelevant paired with an fx chip - I'd go with the 970 for the lower temps & power draw , you're firmly in the 60fps camp & not above & both cards will do that.
Managed the division open beta at a locked 60fps on high settings on mine with a few stutters & drops here or there , that was down to being badly optimised or server problems IMO - the closed beta a while back actually performed better.

That's why if you bothered to look at my sig, or my build, you'd see I have an AMD right.
