What quality but cheap power supply (80+ Bronze-silver) can I use for:

RX580
I5 9400F
ASROCK PG4 B365M
240GB SSD
1TB HDD
16GB RAM
3rgb fans
1 simple fan
and 2 led strips

None of those above are very good units. This is the minimum, you should get. A quality PSU is a must.

Solution
The words 'budget' and PSU' shouldn't be used together. Any power supply that is 'cheap' isn't one you want to base a system on.
I would disagree that you NEVER should buy a budget PSU. There is certainly a time and a place for that.

I am building a system with a 3200g and igpu. It might draw 100w tops, so a budget PSU makes sense.

However, a system with a gpu of this tier is not the type of system that should be using a budget PSU.
