I'm hopeless when it comes to computers and it says that I need at least a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 or AMD Radeon R7 260x (VRAM 2GB). These graphics cards aren't crazy expensive, but I'm hoping to get something closer to 100 or less, if it's possible. If it isn't, I guess I'll have to bite the bullet.

What graphics cards, if any, are comparable but cheaper?

I don't believe an RX 550 is a whole lot faster than a GTX 465, at least in games where the limited VRAM isn't an issue.

I'm assuming you're in the US? I would go for an RX 560 at the minimum, which can be found on sale for around that price after mail-in rebate, and should be notably faster than an RX 550...

Personally though, if you are gaming at 1080p resolution, I would stretch the budget a little and go for an RX 570, which is significantly faster still, nearly twice as fast as a an RX 560 in some games when it is not limited by CPU performance. Considering an RX 570 can be found for just a little more than an RX 550 or 560 for substantially better...
So, do you just want to play this game, or even other PC titles ? Those are the minimum requirements. Which GPU are you currently having ? The recommended is as follows:

Graphics: NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 1060 (VRAM 3GB) or AMD Radeon™ RX 570 (VRAM 4GB) .
Processor: Intel® Core™ i7 3770 3.4GHz or Intel® Core™ i3 8350 4GHz or AMD Ryzen™ 5 1500X.

Which CPU do you currently have ? Is that 100 $ budget for the card ? https://store.steampowered.com/app/582010/MONSTER_HUNTER_WORLD/

Yeah, sorry for the lackluster post. I currently have a GeForce GTX 465. It honestly runs almost everything that I want to play at a reasonable level: League of Legends, Fortnite, Killing Floor 2, Path of Exile, WoW, CS:GO, etc., etc. The card is primarily for Monster Hunter since I can pretty much play all of the other games already. I mean, I'd like the card to have some longevity, rather than being unable to play any other games within a year. But if that's not doable at the 100 range, I'd prefer staying in my budget.

This money is just for the card, I have an AMD FX-8320 Eight-Core Processor, and it's never done me wrong. It meets the requirements of the game, so I don't feel pressured to get a new cpu.

Appreciate the help, brother!

Edit: And I just want to be able to play the game. Minimum is fine. If we can do a little better than minimum, that's obviously better!

The game he wants to play recommends A 1060, as stated above. I would certainly not recommend a 750ti at all. Plus that's a used 750ti you listed, not to mention it's from aliexpress. I dislike that site, unless you have plenty of time to wait.

OP, have you considered the used market? You could probably score a gtx1060 or a rx580 within that price range. Or at least an rx480.
