Question What cooling is better?

I am building a new computer and I'm wondering what cooling is the best and the worst of the ones I have selected

1. Cooler Master - MasterLiquid ML120L RGB 66.7 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler

2. Artic- alpine am4 Co cpu cooler

3. Cooler Master - Hyper 212 LED 66.3 CFM Rifle Bearing CPU Cooler

Go for NZXT Kraken if you can. My favorite by far. But from your choices, I'd say The Masterliquid ML120L, although you should definitely go for a larger Radiator if you can.
