Question What cpu/gpu should I get for this machine?

I recently got given an e machines EL1352-07e that I am looking to upgrade the GPU and CPU on so it will be able to run csgo hopefully(low settings is fine) but at least Geforce Now(to stream games) I saw this video

which supposedly has the specs maxed. What should I upgrade in the system to get it to run csgo (already upgraded ram from 4 - 8GB)?
