what cpu upgrade?

Hi guys, I currently have an nvidia nforce2 ms-6570 MB with an athlon XP 2200+ chip what is the best CPU I could upgrade to? can I use a barton CPU on it? the 2800 seem like a reasonable price would I notice much if O/C the cpu a bit as well?

And the usual answer : Get a Mobile Athlon XP 2500+ or 2600+ (Barton Core), it's the only interesting CPU if you desperatly want to stick with SocketA!

The Mobile Athlon XP can overclock quite easily to 2.4GHz. But, if you have a bit more money to spend, but a Socket939 MOBO and a A64 3000+, you can keep anything else, and this chip is a very good overclocker too!
