I have a computer that I built myself a year ago but it doesn't run some games like I want it to. DayZ standalone runs at about 19-27 frames (I know it's not optimized well but still) a somewhat heavily modded skyrim runs at 20-30 fps. Assassins Creed Black Flag runs at 30-40 on max settings. My specs are as shown from System Requirements Lab:

I really would like to play the next gen games like GTA V on max setting like I had hoped but I doubt that with whatever is holding me back I will be able to accomplish it.
I Would Like To Know What Needs To Be Upgraded, GPU, CPU, etc.

Solution
Nothing really. The performance would be the same. Honestly any 970 you but will basically perform the same as any other one. Within the margin of error. Because you don;t plan to overclock it, there is not reason to get an expensive one.

i am Absolutely correct ! 100%

By now I have somewhat dismissed the idea of SLI as it seems more costly time and money wise.
My questions now are: Will this PSU be able to handle the GTX 970? Is the single GTX 970 better than the SLI 760s?

Yes your PSU is fine. No, a 970 is only better in some places. It is a very good card and better than 760SLI is poorly optimized games. But in games with good SLI profiles, the 760SLI will be better by almost 20%.

No it s important to him :
it means :
GTX 760 - 60 FPS
GTX 970 - 98 FPS
98/60=1.63333 or 63.33% up

Which GTX 970 are you looking at? Can you send me a link from NewEgg?

Okay so now I have 2 options that have different pros and cons:
Nice Flame War Btw Guys 😛
Correct/Add to the List if I make a mistake

SLI Route:
20% Better On SLI Optimized (most) Games
40% Worse On Non SLI Optimized Games
More PSU Usage
PRICE(Note these Prices Do NOT Include Sales)
Cost Of 2nd 760: $224.99
Cost Of New PSU: $129.99
TOTAL=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
$354.98

GTX 970 Route:
40% Better On Non SLI Optimized Games
20% Worse On Optimized Games
Less Power Usage
Cost Of New GPU: UNKNOWN, NEED A LINK TO THE GPU ON NEWEGG

Editing my chart, What is the difference between the EVGA and Asus?

So we have a very close deal here, but which is better in the LONG RUN? I assume 760 will be out of date soon since the my brand the MSI currently unavailable

So 970 it is and also the chart does say that the products are not based on current sales, they are based on the base price.
