240,000 miles... (still can't believe it, seems like just yesterday she was a baby.)
I do a lot of driving, and I've had minimal problems with this car.
It astounds me that everything still works perfectly. She's never broken down and I've never had any unexpected repairs.
Found a good mechanic who dropped a new front and rear suspension in her for $450. Couldn't beat it. She's riding smooth as ever now.
Not bad for a car I picked up when I was sixteen for $7,000 with 60,000 miles on it. Wasn't ever expecting it to run THIS long, but I did take damn good care of her (most of the time ).
Next one's probably going to have to be a G6 since I had such good luck with this one. Maybe a Fusion or Avenger... would like to look at Accords too, but the old man's a retired autoworker, so I need to have some respect.
