I just got my Enermax Cooler Giant EG435P/AX replacing my Old ANtec SL 350. I notice that I have only 3.55 Volt on my -5 volt according to MBM5 and Everything else has almost exact voltage. It provides much better voltage than my old Antec SL 350. will it cause a problem for my PC? RIght now Im OCed my 2500M@ 2.4.

I wouldn't worry about it, the -5v line is nearly always unused on modern systems. I'm not surprized at all that you had problems with Antec's "unTrue" power supplies, all mine were junk (barely better than the generics and worse than most major OEM's).
