[SOLVED] What does it mean if the power indicator (little light on the monitor) of your monitor blinks?

I have noticed that something has been disappearing or blinking in the lower right corner of my sight. I have noticed that sometimes the power indicator of the monitor turns off and on (not the display itself, the monitor is working fine). I wanna know what this means.

The monitor has lasted for 4 years now (Brought 2016)

Monitior: ASUS VC239h 1080p IPS 23"

I don't think it 'means' anything, other than perhaps the indicator has a defect of some description.

Should be pretty clear in terms of on = yes or no, but if you're seeing the indicator blink on & off with no change in the display, I would suspect the indicator has a problem.
