I have $800 to spend on a new gpu(maybe two) and a new cpu(maybe a motherboard as well). My system will be primarily for gaming(Far Cry 3, Crysis 3, Battlefield, Syrim, Arma, ect). I have 3x 22 inch 1080p monitors and 1x 24 inch 1080p 120hz nvidia 3d monitor. I currently game on the 3d monitor, but I would like to switch over to the 3x1080 display. I know I probably won't be able to max out all games at 60 frames, but I'd at lest like to play at mainly high settings. If I go with the 3x1080 monitors, I could sell my 24inch 3d monitor and nvidia 3d vision set, which would hopefully put me at about $200 up in my budget. Right now, if I have an AMD mobo, so I'd have to buy a new one if I wanted to switch to intel. This is why I'd prefer to just switch to maybe an 8350. Also, my current motherboard has 2 pciex16 slots that only work with xfire, so sli is not an option with my current board. I would also like it to be known that I am not experienced with overclocking, and I will most likely not be doing any manual overclocking.

My current setup:
CPU: AMD FX-4100
MOBO: Asrock 970 Pro3
GPU: MSI GTX 560 Ti 1GB

XFX 850w psu
ADATA 128gb ssd
GSkill Ripjaw X Series 8gb(2x4gb) 1333Mhz 7cas
WD 1tb hdd
Corsair H60 cooler
In Win Mana134 atx mid tower case

xFire is also not a good option for your board, since the 2nd pci-e x16 slot it has only support x4 speed, which will cause whatever VGA you put there lost parts of its performance. And since xfire is less reliable than SLI, it's definetly out here.

Now for your need of 3*1080p monitors gaming, I suggest getting a pair of GTX770, which costs ~800$. Then you'll need a SLI-ready board with a CPU that can handle the power of 2 770 without causing bottlenecking. For this, I'd suggest the AMD FX 8350 + Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 combo : http://pcpartpicker.com/p/lduT . Yes it's 100$ over your budget, but I bet you can gather enough money for that by selling your 3d monitor and 3d vision set, current fx4100 + 970 pro3 board, and the 560ti maybe? ( since you didn't mention your 560ti in the plan ). It would be sufficient to hold 2 770 in SLI, no bottlenecking. The board also has its auto OC program ( EasyTune ) for your need of getting more processing power.

Yes 2gb vram only will struggle in demanding games at 5760*1080. But we only discussed about least stressful way to upgrade. If you're OK with used parts, then an used GTX690 ( with 4gb vram, more reliable for this res ) can be grabbed for around 850$ ( still under warranty, of course ). This way you won't need to upgrade your motherboard ( yet it's still recommended to upgrade it if you want to OC ), only need to upgrade your CPU to a FX8350. This way you're good to go, while still able to save some money. And no, keep your H60. It's still going to be useful regardless conditions.
