For a newer GPU I'd pair it with the GT 1030 2gb so it won't require additional power from the PSU and the 1030 is massively better then the iGPU on the 3470. You may want to get more memory, preferably 8gb.

If you had a better PSU then I'd opt for the RX 570 4gb.

This is all assuming your playing at 1080P/60hz.

Thank you for the response. What brand can you recommend for a true rated power supply 500 watts?

Best one for the price (after MIR) currently in the US is the Seasonic Focus Gold 550W. Excellent quality PSU with 10 year warranty. The budget option would be the Corsair CXM 550W but after MIR the price isn't much cheaper so the Seasonic is a better choice.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

Power Supply: SeaSonic - FOCUS Plus Gold 550 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply ($49.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $49.99
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

That 500w label is meaningless, there are plenty of units that lie about wattage rating. I cannot recommend a new gpu without knowing the psu.

Either a 570 or 1060 will work with your cpu however in modern cpu heavy games your cpu will limit performance regardless of gpu choice.
