SSD: Sandisk S3 1T02 1TB
RAM: Anarchy 8GBF1X08HEEE36-12-K 2x8GB
MBD: Lenovo 90FB0001US

250w power supply which i can upgrade if need be

You wont get anywhere with that PSU, time for an upgrade. Maybe a 550w PSU. A 1050TI would be the best for your current CPU. Just make sure that you do more research to verify full compatibility with your current set up.

Because this is an OEM board, the manufacturer may have locked it down, I would do alot of research before upgrading.
