okay i really want to play games on my computer the dell dimension 5150 i have a 305w psu and 2.5gb of ram and i want to run games like left 4 dead 2 and modern warfare 2 what graphics cards could i put into my computer

Well, on Dell's website, the specs of the Dimension 5150 are as follows:

Intel Pentium 4 3.0GHz-3.4GHz
512MB DDR2 RAM
Intel GMA 950 or an ATi Radeon X300 SE or X600 SE
305W Power supply

Considering that your motherboard has a PCI-e 16x slot, you could really just put any decent graphics card in there, although your CPU will hold it back - it'll be too busy catching up with the graphics card that your FPS will still be pretty low. If you just want to play L4D2 and COD:MW2, and meet the bare requirements, all you'd need is some low-end to mid-range graphics card - something like an ATi Radeon HD 4350, HD 4550 or HD 4650 would be more than enough I'd say to meet the minimum requirements. Buying another stick of 512MB DDR2 RAM would give your computer a nice boost too, so in total you'd have 1GB I believe.

Sapphire 11140-02-20R HD4650 512MB PCI-E Graphics Card
is that a good one? and i actually already have 2.5gb of ram but im going to get 2 gb more.

what exactly is ddr3 i dont really know much about computers, but it had ddr2 i just checked

It is the graphics memory installed on the card DDR3 is faster than DDR2 therefore the card has higher performance.
This comparison of ram speed only works though if you are comparing identical GPU(4650 to 4650) because there are other factors that effect the speed as well.

and then that graphics card i cant find on other websites like amazon.co.uk and i cant get it a newegg or watever it is called because they dont ship to finland

okay then ill get the Sapphire 11140-02-20R HD4650 512MB PCI-E Graphics Card
thank you for your help i appreciate it
