So i boughtmy 750ti installed drivers from Nvidia and furmarked it had like 40fps 720p or something like that and all of a sudden my pc started to act a little funky and today i decided to just fur mark and see if the issue is in my GPU
i furmarked and in 720p it had like 13fps here is a screenshot of it...could it be that drivers have failed or something???

Try turning high performance onin windows and see if that helps. Also what hd are you using. How full is it? Try using ccleaner and wise registry cleaner and check if it needs to be defragmented. I don't see anything else in graph. Make sure bios is up to date on motherboard and any other drivers the board manufacturer has updated.

Ccleaned everything nothing helped still holds like 15fps and jumps for 2 secs to usual 40 and drops again

just go to nvidia's driver page, and you should be able to get to legacy drivers. Look for one from like last year.

reversed drivers and it worked for whole 10minutes fps was so good and again dropped to 15 in furmark and is still doing it (overclocking it didnt change it a single bit)

yeah its not your drivers just keep them up to date, you have a bottle neck somewhere your Cpu is running at 100% yet your gpu is limping along at 50%. Run task manager while you are gaming or furmarking and look at what processes are running while this is happening. Also look at disc drive performance etc. SEEMS AS THOUGH SOMETHING ELSE IS RUNNING ALONG WITH TEST OR GAME CAUSING GPU TO SLOW DOWN.
