So should I use 60hz, 75hz, 120hz or 144hz?

Well that depends:

• What resolution?
• What is it you want to achieve?
• What are you current components? Or are you attempting to build a PC around this? If so, what is your budget?

That would depend on your hardware, needs, and budget, of which you've told us nothing.

He's asking what he should use on the monitor he has I guess..

ALWAYS use the native refresh, so 144hz.

Even playing at lower the panel will still scan out at the maximum and you will get the lower input lag from it.

If you don't already have one the higher is always better right? So 360hz.
