[SOLVED] What is a good budget replacement for this CPU?

I have a Intel Motherboard DP67BG and i5 2400 cpu atm.. do you guys know what is a good replacement for this cpu and that it will fit into my motherboard ?

Xeon E3-1240v2 $60ish
Xeon E3-1270v2 $80ish

Do not opt for i7-3770 S or i7-3770 T. They are eco models that run in low 2GHz range not standard 3.4GHz + range.

Best value is E3-1270v2, same clock speeds as the i7-3770K, no need for OC ability as your board doesn't OC. But the K has higher clock speed than non-k stock i7-3770.

That's what a CPU Support List is. It tells you what CPUs are compatible with your motherboard. Your graphics card and RAM don't care what processor is installed as long as it's compatible with your motherboard.

My english isnt that good so im just making sure. You mean it should be I7-3770 or K without S or T right?

Yes. Do not buy S or T. They are usually the cheapest listing, i7-3770T etc. Only I7-3770K or i7-3770 or E3 Xeon v2 is good. Speed in GHz will be @ 3.4 - 3.9GHz. If cpu listing says 2.2GHz, it's an S or T model.
