Using 3dmark 2003 3.1.4
- My system is this:

Intel Pentium 4 Processor 2.0GHz
256 mb of ddr266 ram
Nvidia geforce fx 5200 64mb ddr agp4x
Windows XP Professional

Running at 1024*768 and 32-bit color (no AA)

My score is:

1070 (pretty low isn't it?)

so can i get some scores from anyone who've used 3dmark 2003, better if the resolution is also 1024*768.

i have about 5000 or so on a p4 2.4gig, no ht, no fsb800, and radeon9700pro, 9 months old..

quite fine i do feel..

thought, at home i have about 1000 less because of the celeron, or the motherboard.. 🙁

Jm was that with your new card? 5200 wasnt it?

I myself recently Scored 72,663 whilst running multiple SETI sessions ;-P

Back to the real world: On build 330 I scored 1469 on the system below, aditional info = 2xSeagate Barracuda's @ 7,200rpm with hardly any room on eihter. Dual Channel mode for the PC2700 DDR. Bios setings set to agressive all round, memory running @ 5,2,2,2 (i think) The only thing Overclocked is my Ti4200 and I cant remember what i clocked it to but it wasnt that high.

Anyone know if this is any good?

I get 2312 3d marks. This was a while ago, before cat 3.4, and the new patch for 3d mark came out to stop Nvidia from cheating.

My system:
celeron 1.1 @ 1.4ghz
512 megs of pc 133

Radeon 9600Pro

I got 750 or so with my XP1600, GeForce4Ti4200, 512PC2100...I've been told I should get at least twice as much but I'm to lazy to 'mess' around and try to localize the 'error'

And I'm only playing Medal Of Honor anyway

D*mn, I've got to get a 9600Pro!

2312 is a nice score for a Socket370 Celeron system w/ SDRAM!

What score do you get for 3DMark2001?

56K, slow and steady does not win the race on internet!

My score is 814.

System specs:

Duron 1 GHz @ 1.15 GHz (230 MHz FSB)
ABIT NF7 v2.0
128 MB PC1840 DDR RAM 2.0-2-2-5
Gigabyte Radeon 9000 (64 MB, non-Pro)

I'm using only 128 MB RAM, otherwise I would get ~1000

Highest score evar was about 6650. (3.4s, closed all unneccessary apps, same specs as below)

With the 3.6s and build 330 I routinely get ~6600. I don't think I get over 40fps av. in the Nature test, I'll check when I get home. I think its like 36.

A7n8x rev. 2, 2700+ @ 12x200, 2x256mb xms3500 sync w/fsb at 5-2-2-2, all aggressive settings, 128mb 9800 Pro at 460/380.
Fastwrites + sideband addressing ON (you losers), shadowing options ON! (losers).

For 3d Mark 2001 I get 7137.
Not too bad I suppose considering my system. The 9600 Pro was a nice little jump from my old video card, a geforce 4 mx 440

Now I really do want a 9600 PRO (or 9500 PRO).

I'm getting 9130 in 3DMark2001. You get 7130. However, I only get 1344 in 3DMark2003 while you get 2312.

Now since you have a Celeron @1.4 and I have a Tbred @2.1 it looks to me that I could get big gains upgrading my 8500 to a 9600Pro. We both have SDRAM platforms so I think my Tbred @2.1 should yield even higher performance when using equal video cards. I hope it should, anyway.

5000 on a 9500np ???? Hmmm faster than my 9700pro at stock speeds on my 2436mhz barton @ 203mhz fsb :/ Oh wait im using omega drivers, that took about 200 marks off my score from cat 3.4's but still thats a good score!

Yes, you really should get a 9600Pro (or 9500Pro) . I imagine you would see some pretty nice improvements with your setup. I know I did when I upgraded from my geforce 4 mx 440 card. Man, that card sucked. I know my processor is bottlenecking my graphics card, but I needed something better than my mx 440.
