What is "prosecor"? You probably mean PROCESSOR.

FSB = Front Side Bus

It refer to the speed of the link between the CPU and the Chipset. Depending on the CPU architecture the FSB speed will influence more or less in overall system speed.

But, usually for 2 CPU rated at the same speed, the one that has the fastest FSB will perform better in benchmarks.

FSB speed alone, can't be use to compare CPU.
