I cannot find any information about the file, but it does not seem to
be important as your system works normally, as I assume. Find the
corresponding entry in your startup settings and remove it to get rid
of the error message. See "How to Troubleshoot By Using the Msconfig
Utility in Windows XP" (http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=310560) for
details.
