Question What is my pc's problem?

3 month ago i have normal pc i never seen any problem in. After im a buy new gpu Asrock a380 challenger. İ go my pc repair shop for change gpu because i dont want do this alone. He change it but said this card is broken and im back to use main old pc parts. What happened after this if i try any game my pc locking up, screen freeze, keyboard not working. İm try again remove my old gpu but same, try change power supply but dosen't work anything. What is my pc's problem can be and i how find this? Please help me guys im really need your help.

İf i just browsing, watch movie its fine. Some 2d games like Brawlhalla, Football manager its work but if open movie and football manager same time crush again.

i5-6400 does not support Intel ARC A. You need a CPU with Resize Bar support, at least Intel 10xxx or AMD Zen 2.

That PSU is hot garbage.

Yes im now use just integrated graphics HD graphics 530 but same. This video from HD graphics.

İ do really bad choice with this card and gpu match. My so many friend say no problem with it but no really dosen't work.
İ have not any video or picture with Arc-a380 but not so different this video. This video with HD 530 remove all GPU's from my pc.
Actually i thought good PSU but i think not. İ try with two psu Liteon 300w and xigmatek 500w psu's but result same. Maybe Arc a380 broke down my motherboard?

Yes im now use just integrated graphics HD graphics 530 but same. This video from HD graphics.

Integrated graphics uses system ram for video ram.
Run memtest86 and test your ram.
