MS Works 4.5a is older than MS Office 2003.

You can install Office 2003 on windows 7 also.
With http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=941b3470-3ae9-4aee-8f43-c6bb74cd1466&displaylang=en You can work & create MS office 2007 like *.docx, etc. files too in Office 2003.
