What does power consumption % TDP means in GPU-Z?

It varies between 101-110% when my system is under load. What does it indicates?

I3-10105f

GPU: Gv-n206swf2oc-8gd

7200rpm HDD (3pc)

8x 120mm rgb case fans (including CPU fan)

PSU - Deepcool PF550D

That's the power consumption of the card.

GPU-Z will report different values when the GPU increases its power consumption to hit higher boost clocks.

In GPU-Z it refers to the 'board's power limit' instead.

When the graphic card reaches it, it will downclock to meet power restrictions. NVIDIA cards have physical power sensors on the board which provide near-realtime measurements.
