What is the best and inexpensive graphics card?

I would like to know if there is any inexpensive graphics card that would render 8X MSAA smoothly?


Update 1: I expect frames to fall at least 60 per second.

The 6300 with the 280x will perform better. I would consider getting a good cpu cooler so you can overclock - all AMD cpus benefit from a good overclock as their single thread performance is the weakness.

as per the website the R9280x needs 750W PSU minimum. So think twice before buying the card. though its not a new card. as you mentioned. So dont take risk in warranty.

A decent 550W should do as long as no overclocking is done.
