[SOLVED] What is the better PSU between these two? Please help!

for both it says 400w but im not sure, help would be appreciatted
for now i have the japanese one installed, is it worth it to take out the japanese one and install the codegen psu ?

The 1st one's specs look better, but they're both complete garbage and are good for nothing other than landfill. I'd use neither.

The first PSU has 228W combined on it's 12V rails. The second one has 12V * 16A = 192W, so the first one has more 12V power. In theory. The first one seems to be more honest? Says it's rated 350W and 400W Peak. The second PSU from the label is a hot mess. No obvious 12V power info, says "400W" then to the right says the model is 300X. With only 192W on the 12V rail it's more a 300W PSU than a 400W. If you put a gun to my head and told me to run one, I'm going with the first one. But neither is that good.

Would that explain why my gpu is so hot or is there another reason?

Doubt it but both of the PSU's are not fit to run PC's. I wouldn't trust them running components.
