[SOLVED] What is the problem with my gpu?

Pc turns on but there is no dysplay output comming from the gpu the fan spis and my psu is a termaltake oem psu and it is pretty old.

The cpu is a Phenom x4 965
The gpu is an asus gts 450 oc
The psu is a thermaltake tr2 500w
6gb of gddr2 800

Did you try switching your ports with an analog connection? Sometimes digital connections can be finicky.

i Bought it the other thay and we don't know if it was working and it was changed fron an hd 5450 dell oem 1Gb

If you don't know if it was working, you need to strip it down and start from scratch--cpu and ram and see if it boots. If okay, add gpu, check if it boots. If okay, add boot drive, see if boots, if okay, keep adding other stuff back until you have everything connected.
