I don't think they can fit any extra media on the disc. The movie already
takes up all the memory, I'm not certain but I think that is why you don't
get any outtakes or extras on the UMDs like you can get with DVDs.

My wife got a portable DVD player as a gift a few years back. It's one of
those $150 models. It's barely adequate. Subtitles don't show up on it
at all (even the FBI warning is almost too fuzzy to read.) The PSP has
much better screen than this thing, even though the PSP's screen is
smaller.

Well, yeah. At $20, you can get the real DVD, rip it and put it on a
memory stick. They need to drop the price at least $10, preferably $15,
before I'd consider buying any content on UMD

Not to mention the fact that a lot of folks are downloading fan-subbed
stuff anyways...

I agree...most of the very low end DVD portable players I have seen are
not very good at all. And generally the PSP display looks much better.
