Hello!
I want to build a PC with some of my old components, the pc will have an Asus Echelon gtx 950 2gb, FX 8350 4.0, 8 gb ram ddr3, a HDD and a SSD.
So my question, how many wats should the PSU have, because i need to buy a new one, is 400w enough or does the components require more?
Thank you very much for your time to read!

Thank you very much for your answers guys!
So i used both sites and decided to go higher.
And another question, will this suffice https://www.silentiumpc.com/en/product/elementum-e2-550w-80plus-eu/ or should i spent the extra 10 euros to buy this https://seasonic.com/s12iii because it has 80+ bronze certificate( i don't really now the difference between 80+ and 80+ bronze). I'm on a tight budget because i just upgraded my current PC.
Both those models are low quality, especially the Silentium. You should have upgraded the power supply first since it's the most important part of the system.

On my actual PC i have an old but still kicking corsair CX 600 and i thought for a 950 and fx 8350 the seasonic at least would've been enough, can you recommend me one?
