550w is enough. The RMx is of high quality so it would leave you room to upgrade.

1660ti runs just fine on a decent 450w psu. So, that said, a good 550w is plenty, plus extra headroom if/when you decide you want to get a free (upto) about 20% performance gain, depending on the speed of your ram and cpu cooler.
